UiPath’s Communications Mining is able to sift and analyse at scale large volumes of communications data from multiple sources such as emails, surveys, tickets and social media feeds.

 

This connector provides a robust and reusable interface for extracting key features of emails from a trained model and for them to be associated with a specific process instance. In the example shown a customer email is classified using a trained UiPath Communications Model and then routed to the team most qualified to handle it. Automating email triage in this way frees up existing staff so that they can spend more of their time dealing with resolving customer issues.
